I am surprised I did not hear about any UFO reports from this recent launch:

On June 1, 2017, the early morning skies along the mid-Atlantic coast came alive with luminescent clouds from a new NASA sounding rocket deployment system.

Apparently on of two LOX-LH engines YF-77 of the central block failed during the 6th minute.
This is the second Chinese launch failure in the last 2.5 weeks. During the launch of CZ-3B with a radio- and TV satellite (on the 18ht of June), due to problems in operation of the third stage satellite entered a wrong orbit.
Also, on this ‘black’ list is a disintegration of telecommunication AMS-9 possible due to an external impact.

I am only reading my Twitter feed at the moment, and there are no in-depth details, excepting the first stage worked normally. Separation between first and second stage problems arose, and second stage ignition further issues.
