Yes -- the video was particularly important because it showed a small companion object 
following behind and below, and not venting -- perhaps the Fregat/Meridian complex. There 
is a same-location companion two minutes later when they hit the atmosphere south of Novosibirsk, 
and form fireballs. The small one undergoes an intense brief flare -- perhaps the Fregat tanks exploding.
