Check with Ted or Marco, but AIUI, it looks as if the recovery was nominal, the principal object landing in Orenburg Oblast where it should have. However, before the deorbit burn some high-drag pieces, likely including solar panels, were shed, survived a short while and entered over Colorado. 

Or something like that.
