[FPSPACE] Unha-3 failure - post-launch events

I'm quite sure that some interesting things are being done under the sea right now. There will certainly be an attempt to inspect the rocket debris and possibly retrieve it. This could be one reason why reports of the impact zone seem to be vague. It's possible that certain nations don't want to tip off the world to the location of the rocket. Then again, it's also possible that the real splashdown point was difficult to determine from tracking. 
Of course, none of this activity will be revealed in public.
