editorial details. The publication should be for sale in a week, or so
they say.

I have got some added information from a knowledgeable bookstore. The
book will be printed in five colours and it will include the report
(in fact, the volume 1 of the report) and some of the Appendices. It
is unclear, though, what is on the CD-ROM. The remaining 5 volumes
will be published as they come in and they doesn't appear to be
available on line yet. The current plans are for several of these to
be also in 5 colour and one may contain a CD-ROM or DVD. These will
likely follow individually over the next 6 months.
